Rice Lake Community Event to benefit Feed My Starving Children

This event has the primary goal of packing 100,000 meals, which will be distributed by the FMSC organization to starving children all over the world.  About 500 volunteers from the Rice Lake area will be needed, each volunteering for about 2 hours.  Civic groups, church groups, businesses, and individuals are all welcome to volunteer.  FMSC has a mobile unit and personnel that will help us accomplish this right here in Rice Lake.  More details to follow, but mark your calendar now!

On February 17th, the Rice Lake Rotary Club Chartered a bus to Eagan, MN to pack meals for Feed My Starving Children.  Many people helped including children, community members and Rotarians.  On October 23rd, 2010, the FMSC mobile unit will be in Rice Lake with the goal of packing at least 100,000 meals for starving children all over the world.
